Late Muscatelle

Late Muscatelle plums
  • Self-fertility: Not self-fertile
  • Flowering group: 3

Late Muscatelle is a traditional French dessert plum. The small purple plums ripen in September, and have an exceptionally sweet flavour.

For best results this variety should be grown in full sun on a sheltered south-facing wall. This will allow the fruits to achieve maximum sweetness.
