Your payment details
We do not retain your payment card details on our system. When you place an online order on our website your payment card details are transmitted online to our bank. We do not see any of these details, we only receive a notification that your payment has been accepted or declined.
Tracking usage of our website
We use cookies to facilitate the smooth working of this website. Cookies are small pieces of data which are sent to your browser when you visit our website, and allow us to distinguish you from other visitors, although they do not personally identify you. Our website is hosted on an industry-standard Microsoft webserver, which issues a default cookie called asp.net_sessionid. This cookie is set as soon as you visit our site but expires automatically after you leave it.
We have removed Google Analytics tracking from our website.
We only use first-party cookies, that is to say cookies set by us for the direct operation and management of this website. We do not use third-party cookies which could allow your online activity to be tracked across different websites by third-party marketing organisations.
